Thanks to everyone who responded about my question about lactose in chevre.

I love chevre (especially mixed with roasted garlic), but was hesitant to

try it because I thought it might have lactose. Well, it went down fine and

didn't bother me one bit and one of my old faves is now a new fave. :)
