Jodi,

What kind of eye lid surgery is having? Man, we all need a

break from this stuff! There is too much going on lately. I sure

hope that things go smoothly, that does not have trouble with

the anesthesia. Please let us know as soon as you can!

Jodi Z

P.S. It has been ONE WHOLE YEAR since Max was last in the hospital.

I think this is a record!!!! YIPPEE!!!!

Jodi - I haven't forgotten. Just didn't realize that we were at

that point yet! But, I also didn't realize until today that

February is next week! My prayers are with him always. Ian and I

were just looking at his pictures again on the listserve - wanted

Ian to see the tube site again to remind him he is not the only

one. Let know that he looks forward to meeting him some day -

if you need anything - let me know. Thinking of you and praying

for you - he will be just fine.

Jodi,

Yes, a break would be nice. Shoot, he was just in the hospital in

August to have his extra thumb removed!

He has Ptosis of his left eye lid. Basically, it is a lid lag. And,

we are assuming it stems from the weak muscle tone. He has full

function of it, but it is just very low over his eye and covering a

good bit of it. So, he has resorted to not using that eye as much,

which has caused vision changes. And, with the lid sitting on the

eye were it is, it has caused a astigmatism, which will never go

away, but could get worse if we don't do the surgery. I am hopeful

everything goes well. UGH!

<<He has Ptosis of his left eye lid. Basically, it is a lid lag>>

Liam has ptosis too. But his has gotten better over time and it is not as

noticable now, unless he is tired...

is in my prayers....
