Keep in mind, though, that the bad bugs are STARVING, so the temptation to eat illegals will be hideously strong. I dreamed of the most dreadful stuff...I think I might be a 'tamer' character than you, Marilyn <g>. I was craving....BUTTER (and it's even SCD legal) LOL. Incredibly hungry......exhausted, in bed for 2 days......on the second day, all I did was read the BTVC-SCD archives for anything to do with Three Month Flare - 9 hours of reading, but it certainly helped me ride the 3 month flare out - and I feel SO MUCH BETTER today. It is amazing......out in the garden for 2 hours, weeding and pruning.......shopping.......cleaning. I LOVE SCD - It is SHEER GENIUS!Anne-MarieCanberra, AustraliaIBS 2007SCD 3 months
