Guest guest
Thank you Jody! I will start there. Can I use this as maintenance everyday? Or only when there is a problem? Jody & Damian wrote: Hi The amount of prune juice you give Dasia, really depends on how much fluid she tolerates and how strong the prune juice is. If you make your own prune juice it will probably be alot more concentrated than what you buy in the shop. We always used bought prune juice, Liam had quite a bit when he was young. Start with a small amount say 10 or 20 mls and if you dont get a result boost it up. remember to make sure she gets lots of water as well, if her feeds are concentrated, this can be alot of the reason for constipation. Good luck. Jody > > Can someone tell me how much prune juice I should add to Dasia's diet to try and relieve constipation? All her diet consists of is Nutren with fiber, and I wasn't expecting this to happen. It's causing her to not hold down as many feeds as she had been.
