Guest guest
Just as an aside - you have oats listed under the ingredients - most likely a slip up. Suneeti (Crohns, SCD 2000)
Guest guest
I think she meant to sub one c. Legal nut flour for each 1/2 cup of illegal oats and illegal white flour. It sounds good to me. What kind of apples did you use? Would honey crisp or pink lady apples be too sweet? When I can find them or is better less sweet? > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Just as an aside - you have oats listed under the ingredients - most likely a slip up. > Suneeti (Crohns, SCD 2000) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > -- 41 cd scd 12/
Guest guest
sorry yes it's 1 cup nut flour in place of oats and regular flour - sorry to cause confusion i used royal gala - i think less sweet apples will be best and it did crisp around the edges so i think less or no butter and maybe a lower and longer cooking temp may help ??? anyone who experiments and gets it crispier -do tell!! thanks eileen > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Just as an aside - you have oats listed under the ingredients - most likely a slip up. > > Suneeti (Crohns, SCD 2000) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > -- > 41 cd > scd 12/05 >
