Janice,

My first requirement in any relationship, be it my other half or my

friends, is that they are good at heart and love me with all

my " warts " just like I love them with all of their " warts " . I would

not want to choose a mate just by looks. Besides...beauty is in the

eye of the beholder. I know, kinda cliche, but so true.

My answer would not have been any different pre op. In fact

when " those folks " that would not have anything to do with me because

I was the fat lady walked away from my offer of friendship...I just

felt sorry for them because I was/am one heck of a good friend. They

are the ones that missed out...not me.

No, I have always wanted a mate that seems to be about as attractive as

me. I don't want to feel inferior or superior to anyone, and frankly,

really pretty people make me feel either nervous or like a slob. No

thanks. What's the song? " If you want to be happy for the rest of your

life, never make a pretty woman your wife " or however it goes. Yeah.

About the same as me. I'm insecure, plain & simple.

Sometimes Don is better looking than me or any guy in the place and

sometimes not-totally depends on his mood.

OH I love my computer geek!!! He is the cutest in my eyes! I want to brag.

Not only can he fix computers, do webpages, video streaming, is a wonder

with Photo Shop. He can do house wiring, carpentry, plumbing, fix cars,

motor homes, is a wonderful doggy daddy and loves me more then anyone ever

has before. AND He is not tall (he likes his women tall though... Or at

least 5'7 " <that's me hehehe>) and isn't thin. I like meat on my man's

bones! I am boney enough for both of us. He has a warped sense of humor (has

to because he lives with me) and will always be perpetually 16! LOL BUT

SMART!!!! Boy oh boy is he smart. And to think Boeing laid someone like this

off a year ago! And no one wants to hire a 54 year old man. Their loss, my

gain.
