have had no problems with two of the multivitamins from Kirkman Labs: EveryDay

Multivitamin Hypoallergenic and Children’s multi-vitamin/mineral

hypoallergenic.

see the two types in the list.

I am an adult but since my body is super sensitive to supplements I find that

children’s multivitamins work best, and I only take it once a week. I

have problems with certain forms of Vitamin A, so the two I listed are better

tolerated. And I have to use low dosages of things, or my immune and

nervous system react, usually in a bad way. [grin]

Obviously this is a " use at your own risk, " but I haven't had any problems with

one that Trader Joe's carries. It's under the " Trader Darwin's " label and it's a

" NO IRON " multivitamin. Comparable to the Freeda... no illegals listed.
