Tink fails but not all bad news :]

Well Saturday afternoon I failed... I'm no longer on just liquids. I

became weak in mind and my body so weak I hurt all over. I felt like

I didn't have the strength to walk. I was drinking broths... with

all the other non fat, non calorie, non sugar things, but I needed

something more for my body to make it. I can say however that I am

just on high protein and not on high carbs or using anything with

high sugar. I have reverted back to non-sugar beverages thus far.

So maybe I haven't failed totally. I want to figure out what range

the certain foods are under carbs. Dr. P. Choban of BTC had given

us a paper on Carbs showing the ranges fruits and veggies of 3

grams, 6 grams, 9 grams and anything higher we should stay away

from. I am trying to get another copy of that or I'll look things up

on the carb web site. I will be eating lean cuts of meats only. No

bacon, sausage or hamburger, ..etc. I just don't know what else to

do. I am hungry all of the time right now and I can't seem to get

enough to eat.. but what ever I put in my mouth it's leans grilled

meats, or non sugar, non calorie beverages. No sauces on anything..

no potatoes, no bread, no rice.

I so appreciate the e-mail's I got! Only one person said I was

setting my self up for failure. I think she was right.

I'm here because I need your help. Any suggestions... Please say

it!!
