It did come in non fat, but I was afraid of the flavor so I went middle of the road. Did you use it in a choc. shake using the same amount you usually use as water? I'm going to try it tomorrow. Ate about 1/4 C max and felt pretty yucky *I do not dump, so that was not what I felt*, and spend some time in the bathroom as did Matt who has not had wls. Anyone else tried it yet?
