Guest guest
Delete the first sentence. Or change it to: all lliquids did not work for this body, and I'm now looing for something more effective. Put some fat back in! My gosh, no wonder you feel half dead. And hungry. Fat satisfies. WE malabsorb fat/oils to a degree. How much bacon can you eat? Enough that you can afford to take in 30% of the fat? If it'll turn off your hunger? I never see a need for sugar, but I do see a need for nuts, seeds and grains. I'm wondering if part of the problem is just imbalance here? Make it closer to normal so you can live with it. Then, have you had your mechanics checked? Thanks, Vitalady, Inc.
