Guest guest
Alyssa's stomach is very sensitive when she is sick. Whether it's just a cold or something worse she is always more sensitive during and a few days after being sick. I wish I had a cool trick. .. but all I have is time :-). Listening to you all has me very wary about this drug. I'll talk to his pharmacist, but my gut is telling me that this is not a drug I want to pick up for Connor. So, since this is something that I won't treat with that kind of drug, what else do you all do when your children's stomach don't want to co- operate and keep the food down during activity? Is this something that eventually goes away as the stomach gets back into sync with his body? Or, is this something that's been triggered and we now have to cope with it? Honestly, Connor would have to quite literally choke on something pretty hard before he would urp up like he's been doing. Now, if he climbs the stairs in our split level home, he stands at the top, and burps and gags a bit. Tonight he kept it down. That's a first in two weeks. Connor has not complained of any burning in his throat or stomach pains. His B.M.'s are regular and normal. No cramping to my knowledge. If any of you have any other info to share, please let me know, especially about soothing the stomach muscles without meds. I mean, come on...I'm a hippie. There's got to be some Yoga move or natural remedy I can try (grin!) Take Care, Mom to Graham 9; Cameron 6; Connor 3 RSS
