Would it be related to the Awesome Chicken Nugget Recipe from the Pecanbread

list? It's not very specific, though. I bet it would make good patties.

Oops!

(I would add that you don't have to make a cooked mayo because you will be

baking the nuggets/patties and that will cook it.)

Here it is. Awesome Chicken Nuggets from le

I just made the BEST chicken nuggets and Zack loves them so I have to

share for all those picky eaters out there! He isn't ready for pan-

fried foods so....

1-First I made the cooked mayonaise from the pecanbread website,

2-Then I boiled a pound of boneless chicken breasts.

3-Finely chop the chicken in a food processor.

4- Mix the chicken, mayonaise, salt, and pepper to taste.

(Basically you are making chicken salad)

5- Form spoonfuls of the chicken mixture into " nugget " shapes.

6-Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

They come out crispy! Zack just loved them. Great dipped in homemade

ketchup too!

Oh, wonderful, " pink goop " . Reminds me of years ago there

was a NOVA program on The Making of a Junk Food. Truly, it would turn

anyone off for life (I would think).
