Re: Bone Broth from fish head

I could try the bone broth since my weekend starts today. Is there a particular

method for making it and why can't I eat the fish head? LOL...I always thought

fish heads were great.

LOL you can! It's the eyeballs that get to me- but the whole fish is fine!!
