Hi all,

Not posted here for a while. Been on the diet for over 2 years now. Had some

success but pushed things too far a while back and went 'scd-plus' and paid the

price for about 6 months.

Back to seeing some success again now with the stools generally being

well-formed. My question is for those who had success really - what happens with

urgency and control of BMs? Is it something that just improves over time or is

it something that you have to work out; eg, strengthening the muscles and trying

to hold on for longer.

As I say, I am enjoying some success with frequency and consistency but still at

the beck and call of my bowels!

Grateful for any advice.

Thanks,

Mike
