How many egg yolks and how much oil did you use? I use two yolks to

one cup oil. It starts emulsifying immediately. If you have any

scrambled bits, you may want to start over. Slowly, slowly drizzle

oil into egg mix. I always have extra eggs handy :( because I

scramble the first two yolks.

Did any of that help? Sounds like too much liquid or too fast oil drizzle.
