Guest guest Posted October 8, 2010 Report Share Posted October 8, 2010 How many egg yolks and how much oil did you use? I use two yolks to one cup oil. It starts emulsifying immediately. If you have any scrambled bits, you may want to start over. Slowly, slowly drizzle oil into egg mix. I always have extra eggs handy because I scramble the first two yolks. Did any of that help?
