Don't know if this is what you are looking for, but, I've seen commercials on TV from law firms offering settlements for persons who have asbestos related lung deceases from the work place.

I am having a battle with insurance board about asbestos being a contributing factor to IPF. I worked with asbestos pipes years ago. Cutting them, fitting them. We breathed in the dust, had it all over our clothes and even on our food. The fibres were every where. Because my x-ray does not show asbestosis they are denying my claim saying asbestos had nothing to do with IPF. Does any one know where I can get info saying that asbestos is a contributing factor. My pulmodude says it is. Hoping some one can help, thanks.Merf 62 IPF 05
