My heart goes out to you for all you have been through. I hope you

will be

done with everything soon. We leave for Santa Barbara in the

morning. Our

insurance won't cover Breanna's surgery so we have been fund raising

for a

year and finally have the money for the surgery. I am sure I will

have

questions after the surgery.

Thanks

Hi ,

Good luck for you and your daughter. I am sure she will be fine. I

am 19 days post op and its definetly worth it. The first week is the

hardest, after that it becomes easier.

Take care,

end of November and I am just worried about it and have been reading

messages from all of you. This is very encouraging to hear how you are

all doing. I am 53 and want to know it any of you know of others my

age who have had this surgery. Thank you all for sharing your stories

Welcome Jeannie! There are lots of 40- and 50-somethings on this

board. I'm 42 and having upper and lower on December 7. I'm in

Cleveland and having surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Where are you?

Jeannie,

Thanks for your well wishes.

My OS said that he has a 90% success rate for correcting OSA...I am

so looking forward to a GOOD night's sleep! Oh, to dream again. : )

Will try to post as soon as I can post-op.
