are these more virus scams?

hello friends,

i received two emails one from:

noeshrak@...

wwservices@...

both stating that my internet detection software has reported a email

containing the W32/Mydoom.A@... in the message zip attachment. The subject

of the email was 'hi'.

The email has been quarantined to prevent further damage...

The very odd things about this are that I have never written to

WeightWatchers, and the Noeshrakzworg.com was not only to be my infector, but

the address to reply to...

My computer is free of any virus, just wondering what you

think i should do? and if anyone else is receiving these?
