Which " gall bladder diet " are you talking about?

This one does have a number of non-SCD foods in it, but you can always

pick and choose.

If you look at what they are doing, it's a classic near-vegetarian,

eliminate all saturated fats diet.

Interestingly, nine years ago, when I ended up having my gall bladder out

on an emergency basis, the surgeon told me that, contrary to eliminating

all fat, moderate amounts of fat were good. He said that most of his

patients were ones who had gone on a low to no fat diet that was supposed

to be " healthy. "

My gallbladder ruptured when I was 19. I was very skinny, and ate no fat. Now

I just try to take a lot of enzymes.

Depends on the person. I felt better eating nuts when I was phasing in

SCD.

Mine came very close to it -- I had a golf-ball sized stone that had

almost abraded its way out of the gall bladder.

Because your system continues to produce digestive juice, and because it

just sort of drips into the digestive tract (with no gall bladder to

store it and squirt it in when you consume fat), I find that for my

digestive system, it works best to eat a moderate amount of healthy fats

all the time to keep the digestive juices at a stable level.

This is what works for me. It may not work for someone else.
