Some insurances will pay at 6mm, so it is worth checking. Our

insurance uses 6mm as the cutoff. Officially, our son's numbers

were mild, and the insurance paid in full.

Brachy and plagio combo is not unusual. You can band at 6

mm, but insurance likely will not cover it. However if you

have brachy too it would be more reason to band.
