Doesn't look legal, based on the nutritional information I found for the lemon

and orange flavors. Includes things like maltodextrin and that very suspicious

term " natural flavors " . And I'm always suspicious of synthetic forms of

fructose, especially when they don't indicate the source (usually corn, but can

be other things).

I suggest using ELyte, a non-sweet electrolyte drink. Or make the SCD

electrolyte drink, which includes honey (or you can make your own version of the

recipe).

Any advice on something to drink would be appreciated!

It has maltodextrin and natural flavors. It is not SCD-legal.

Water is an excellent drink.

If you want taste, go for diluted fruit juice -- I often put a shot glass

of Knudsen's Just Juice in a glass and fill it with water.
