Guest guest
Doesn't look legal, based on the nutritional information I found for the lemon and orange flavors. Includes things like maltodextrin and that very suspicious term " natural flavors " . And I'm always suspicious of synthetic forms of fructose, especially when they don't indicate the source (usually corn, but can be other things). I suggest using ELyte, a non-sweet electrolyte drink. Or make the SCD electrolyte drink, which includes honey (or you can make your own version of the recipe). Kim M. I think complex carb is a bad word in the SCD world. Any advice on something to drink would be appreciated! It has maltodextrin and natural flavors. It is not SCD-legal. Water is an excellent drink. If you want taste, go for diluted fruit juice -- I often put a shot glass of Knudsen's Just Juice in a glass and fill it with water. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
