Fw: anyone know?

Anyone familiar with a magazine called Closer? It's published I think, in Great

Britain. I've been contacted by a journalist who (gulp) wants to do a story on

me. Send a photographer to the house and do a phone interview. She says the

magazine is like US Weekly. It's not People (nudge, nudge !) but I guess

it's close.

The phone interview is the proverbial piece of cake...I'll talk to anyone about

WLS! But a photo shoot? Wonder if they will do hair and make-up )

I also just had our local WB channel here for about 2 hours on Saturday shooting

a piece for February sweeps. Never thought my story would be important enough

for tv let alone sweeps. The filming part wasn't difficult as we were in my

living room and thankfully my dogs stayed asleep so it was pretty much girl

talk. The hard part was when they asked me to go into my kitchen and get out my

scale and dishes I used! Well at least I could find my scale, had a clue where

in the cabinets I had shoved my tiny dishes and still have my seafood forks and

chopsticks handy. Then the camera man asked me to open my refrigerater and take

something out. WHY?!

See, I keep my frig pretty empty cause I've learned I can't be trusted with food

in the house. So I have a few bottles of water, some white stuff (for hubby) a

few stalks of celery and a whole bunch of hot sauce! Talk about a pop quizz.

So, when mom told you always wear clean underwear...what she didn't tell you was

always keep your refrigerator clean and have it full of healthy food....just in

case a tv crew wants to film it!
