Guest guest Posted December 7, 2003 Report Share Posted December 7, 2003 I am hesitant to write, because I am always one step away from falling, but I am now over ten days without popcorn and down 6 lbs. I did not cut out anything but popcorn. Did not change my caloric intake or change exercise. Instead of eating popcorn I am eating more protein. I kept thinking for the first few pounds that it is just water loss. But now it is ten days and 6 lbs. The " Just the Cheese " snack that I eat instead of popcorn even has a few more calories and is very salty. The mystery goes on. Coping with the emotional aspects of craving food, one day at a time.
