Caprylic

acid is one of the components in coconut oil, which is why it is often used as

an anti-fungal. Caprylic acid is also found in milk.

I,

personally, wouldn’t use a separate supplement for caprylic acid. But

that’s me! Actually I can’t, as my body reacts to both coconut oil

and milk…[sigh]

Still,

if you use coconut oil regularly, and eat yogurt, you will be getting plenty of

caprylic acid from natural sources. Not much reason to use a supplement, in my

opinion.

Caprylic acid is one of my old standbys. I'm really grateful for it rotating it

w/ other antifungals when I get in a mess.

Uh... I take Vinco's. Must admit that I haven't checked on pecanbread to see

if it's totally legal assuming an antifungal would be. If you find an

ingredient on that list that's not legal I'd be interested.
