Guest guest
Yeah - they are all legal. Squash is actually better tasting than pumpkin, for the most part, for future reference. If you can get ahold of a delicata - that's a treat. Also kombucha squash. > There are so many are all these legal too? Turban, Hubbard, Autumn , gold nugget, Delicata Banana Squash, Sweet Dumpling Squash ? Where I live there are only big field Pumpkins out today so, I bought one, Brought it home clean it out and put in oven, But it looks white inside, maybe not the right kind to make pie? Never , done this before, but before this diet I never cooked a butternut squash either. > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
Can we assume that all squash are legal? I saw one at the store this weekend, but I can't remember the name. I was going to pick it up, but I wasn't sure if it was legal. Thanks, Amber > > > There are so many are all these legal too? Guest guest
Yes, you can, with the caution that spaghetti squash is not advised for those who have had resection surgery - it is very fibrous and can cause scarring of the tissue leading to possible obstruction. Guest guest
Thanks, Mara and Suneeti Any of the following squashes, are prefered by yeast??. My daughter has yeast flare up, should I avoid any particular squash. Also, in terms of nutrient values, is it that they differ in vitamins and minerals. I mostly do butternut squash. Should I try another squash for her to help with her yeast going down. Thanks Rani > > > There are so many are all these legal too?
