Guest guest
Congratulations on your acceptance Regina - if it is anything like nursing school they only take about 100 out of 600-700 applications, and frankly, I would imagine it is harder getting in to mortuary science than nursing. enjoy your class!! Amber/FLRN Fun, weird crazy week Just wanted to share that I was officially accepted into the Mortuary Science Program and will start taking classes in September. In the meantime, I'm finishing up my prerequsites. After this semester, I have only two classes that are non-Mortuary Science related. Sitting pretty right now in regards to classes. Very excited about it. Been working very hard and am looking forward to getting my degree. Also had my 41st birthday on Wednesday (EEEK) and it was nice. Friends and family were so generous and sweet to me. Meant a lot. My birthday is usually a bust, and I usually get upset about something. That happened again this year, (Leah was home sick all week from school and I was feeling sorry for her, but also for me too) but Tim came through and got a gold and amythest bracelet. Lots of gift certificates from friends. Going to have some fun over the next few months with those. Leah has been sick all week and that put a damper on things, but everything kind of evened itself out. Good with the bad works. Just felt like sharing for some strange reason. Always seem to be having a problem of some sort, so thought it would be nice to post something positive for a change. : ) Getting ready for breast reduction and lift on 2/11. Just have to plan my son's 11th birthday party the weekend before. Starting a new class tomorrow, Death Ed. is the class and am looking forward to it. Should be very interesting. Well, that's all. Feeling a bit lonely tonight and wanted to share my news. Thanks.
