order ELyte from two online sources (been happy with either source), but I

think there are other sources as well. But probably not something you can

find in local stores – at least I never have.

ELyte

is a concentrate, so one bottle will last a long time. It usually takes me a

year to get through one bottle (I dilute more than what is recommended). I

get the plain, green-labeled one, not the Sport version, so that the salt

content is lower.

also make my version of the SCD electrolyte drink recipe so I can get extra of

a few specific minerals that my body needs.
