Hey Guys! I know there is no

been taking it long term? For how long? Who out there rotates

it?

I've been using it for several years, although I noted that after a

couple of weeks in LDN, I needed to cut back on my s. boulardii because

things were getting a little, uhm, too firm. I still take one

capsule a day, though, because I'm apparently stull dealing with issues

which need it.

I don't think I would recommend it, but my dd has been on it for maybe 9 months

now...she regresses without it. Right now she is taking 6 a day. Overgrowths

are rare as I understand it, and would cause symptoms, so as long as she is

doing better and better I say why mess with success?

all of you take SB for? I have been on it now for 2 months. I am only up to 2

pills a day (I get crazy die off symptoms if I don't go slow), but would like to

get to 4. But I am wondering if I should stop it and rotate in some other

antifungals like oreganol and garlic/carrot juice. I guess the idea would be to

start taking it again in another couple of months.
