Yes, Tony Roma's barbecue sauces are gluten free. We have completed the nutritional analysis of our items, and we will be posting limited data on our website in the near future. As with the majority of chain restaurants, there are numerous factors that can lead to differences in actual nutritional claims (differences in weights on proteins, portioning differences from one cook to another, etc.). We have to be careful what we publish due to truth in labeling requirements.

We are working through these issues and will have more information in the coming months.
