to all,I believe that healthy humans are THIN!, the common overweight condition of most people is NOT the ideal to strive for. the ONLY thing that matters is how you feel and how you are progressing on the diet.If I were you I would not even get on a scale, or pay any attention to the ignorant things that people might say about it. they have NO IDEA of what a healthy weight is, they are conditioned to the current standard of american people eating and looking like cows.when you change your digestion to that of a human and your body responds accordingly, "normal" people will become concerned and doubt your health, and will make comments that are not in your best interest.stay the course, thin is in!as long as you're getting good nutrition, and feeling better,

your weight is totally irrelevant!be concerned with your HEALTH not your weight.SteveCD 1973SCD 1998

Steve I really understand what you are saying.. But when my collar bone and pelvic bone seems to enter the room before I do, because I am so skinny..LOL... it does not look healthy to MY OWN eyes..When I was diagnoised one year ago I was at about 125 to 130 and for the first time I LOOKED healthy and clothes fit me correctly... I just would like to have some of that back... I have always been thin and that is fine.. But this is sickly skinny looking when you drop to 112 pounds at 41 years old.. I don't want to be fashionably correct.. I want to LOOK healthy.. Not to mention my med doses were based on my weight and I do not see the dr again until January..

Thanks

Agreed -- but, you know what? The modern obsession with THIN is just as

unhealthy. I recommend reading HEALTH AT ANY SIZE, by

Bacon.

I couldn't agree more. Also, I was reading the other day an article

on osteoporosis and they said emphatically that women, at least, should

not aim to stay as slim as we were in high school because that's too low

for good bone preservation as we age. And this too thin stuff you

see on all the models and movie stars, who look like they just got out of

a concentration camp, I think is just criminal because that's what the

young girls want to emulate. My niece, included.
