I eat salmon ... and Dr said severly low D levels and low iodine Trying to find good vitamins that dont react to. Last night had spasming lower colon, need to find what can eat so can take care of more stuff around here, (replace water damaged floor in 1 room, get 19 yr old to help out more.....)
