Naren,

BART is supposed to be handicapped accessible - there are supposed to be

elevators - the one at MacArthur station (my local one) is working the last

I heard, but you should probably check on line or by phone on the 8th. I

could also pick you up at Rockridge or Ashby. We need to leave very early

as we need to be there by 8:30, so meet at the BART by 7:30? Is this

do-able for you? You might be better off taking the train to Palo Alto and

arranging with someone to pick you up at that station or seeing if there is

public transport from the station to the site. I'm not trying to tell you

" No " . You just need to do what works best for you. Robin over on the

GFCFNN group is coming down from Marin, perhaps you should talk with

her about it since she will have to go through SF??

Right now I have no one in my car. I have room for 2 or 3. I can pick you

up at the MacArthur BART station in Oakland between 7:30 and 7:45 AM next

Saturday Oct. 8th. Who will be riding with me, please reply to my email

address connie@... I will be driving a dirty white Nissan

Sentra with room in the trunk for your crutches. I will be staying until 5.
