From reading your post (and trying to catch up) it sounds like you have been welcomed and given a lot of information, which is what is here from a great bunch of caring, loving and knowledgeable people. Guest guest
- - I'm sorry - I must have missed your previous e-mail. I'm so glad you have already found some comfort here on this site. You will truly find it a useful and supportive place. Your son sounds absolutely adorable. My son is 2.5 and I still face denial, fear, frustration and confusion at many times. Fortunately, we have this listserve and such a wealth of information and support - I enjoy it here very much. What I do know - which is something I have repeated many times here - is that we are chosen to have these children for a reason. And that reason is because we are the best individuals to be able to care for our special needs kids. They are a blessing. Mine has taught me many, many things already - and I feel privileged to partake in such an adventure - in that others who do not have our issues may not understand the determination, spirit and the overwhelming sense of accomplishment when something goes just right. We are all special and so are you. Welcome to the group. I look forward to reading your posts and hearing updates on your beautiful son. - H () -- In RSS-Support , " malalawify " <madelaidaescobar@h...> wrote: > > Dear All, > > (Specially Jodi Z, Betty and ). > > Thanks a lot for your email. Guest guest
, I am so glad that you have found this group and have already felt a sense of relief from the replies you have gotten so far. I have to say that it is wonderful that you are ready to find the best treatment for your son. We all know what you are going through and we will be hear to help you as much as you need. If you are willing, Dr. H is a wonderful doctor and she diagnosed my son, , when he was 17 months old. At that time, he only weighed 10 lbs. 10 oz. He was TINY! She was very concerned about him, but let me tell you this. She totally changed his life. And, that is no exaggeration. He went from a malnourished, unhealthy, inactive baby, to a thriving, plump, active little guy. It was amazing the difference she made in him and how much he progressed after we got the RIGHT treatment. We live in the states, Ohio, and doctors here had no idea how to treat . So, we were so blessed to be steered towards Dr. H. I just wanted to share my experience and how much of a difference seeing Dr. H has made in my sons life. Just to let you know what she is capable of! ;o) I am really happy to hear about your family and hope to hear more from you soon. Take care and welcome to this awesome group. Jodi R. 's mommy p.s.
