Guest guest
Has anyone had experience with foods from these places? http://seansfood.com/cookies.html at the bottom og the page is listed what items are scd legal and sounds like can change ingrediants http://www.foodlady.org/pantry.html I see cocoa in some so need to look carefully at ingredients had purchased a cookie at a scd bakery but decided to look at ingredients again before putting into mouth and found there was suphites in the flour so I couldn't eat them and gave them away. so no matter who makes it , I guess just read ingredients! Guest guest
Hi Lynn- I've ordered from the food lady before! You are right, she does use cocoa so be sure to check the ingredients. I love her buttery and Italian crackers! I haven't been able to replicate anything like them and I don't have a dehydrator so I get them pretty often. The vanilla cookies are also pretty good. -Joanna > > Has anyone had experience with foods from these places? > > http://seansfood.com/cookies.html at the bottom og the page is listed what items are scd legal and sounds like can change ingrediants > > http://www.foodlady.org/pantry.html > I see cocoa in some so need to look carefully at ingredients > > had purchased a cookie at a scd bakery but decided to look at ingredients again before putting into mouth and found there was suphites in the flour so I couldn't eat them and gave them away. > so no matter who makes it , I guess just read ingredients! > > Thank you > > Lynn D >
Guest guest
FYI also noticed she uses flax seeds in one of her recipes. Pretty sure those aren't legal, right? > > > > Has anyone had experience with foods from these places? > > > > http://seansfood.com/cookies.html at the bottom og the page is listed what items are scd legal and sounds like can change ingrediants > > > > http://www.foodlady.org/pantry.html > > I see cocoa in some so need to look carefully at ingredients > > > > had purchased a cookie at a scd bakery but decided to look at ingredients again before putting into mouth and found there was suphites in the flour so I couldn't eat them and gave them away. > > so no matter who makes it , I guess just read ingredients! > > > > Thank you > > > > Lynn D > > >
