I've thought about it. Though what I would actually like to be able to do

Search for LSCDL recipes on this list. I typically post recipes from time

to time. I also did a run awhile back on what I called " 20 minute

meals. "

Marilyn is extraordinarily generous with her recipes. Just read

here and copy things when she posts them.

And, I'm in Baton Rouge too. I'd surely donate as much time as needed to get it

started. I'd love to help an SCD business. That would be awesome. I love to cook

and am pretty good at it myself.

I hope she can persuade you!!! :P

If you go the online yahoo group you can search for LSCDL and you'll get a ton

of hits with Marilyn's delish recipes. :)

The files section also has a few.

Yep, that would be really neat, I think. I was debating what size kitchen

I'd need, and Harry looked up from his computer and said, " We should

get an extra half-acre of land and put a commercial kitchen on it. Then

you don't have to worry about the board of health certifying our home for

production! "

Bonefish grill - fish with lemon butter sauce and plain steamed veggies

Copelands - steak

DeAngelo's - sensation salad no bread extra almonds no meat

Portobello's - Portobello burger no bun and steamed veggies on the side with 2

sides of pesto

I've eaten the pesto crusted trout at Zea's with no problems but I haven't

verified what's in the pesto. Don't get the broccoli there, it comes in prepared

microwave steam bags with seasonings.

I've gotten hamburgers at a few places but most pre season the meat patties.

Well, first we have to find a place to live that we can afford, and

second, Harry has to retire, which he can't do yet because I'm not

eligible for Medicare. And with the !@#$#@! cancer diagnosis and the

sleep apnea, we have to have insurance.

I did, however, talk with an architect who works in rammed earth, and he

CAN build in Baton Rouge... I just have to figure out how to afford

it!
