We got the band from the location that you are referring to (star cranial in columbia) and were very impressed with everything. I don't know of any other STARband offices anywhere near us. Were you looking for an alternative or did you just want an opinion on this office.

While we didn't get a band from the Columbia office, I have nothing but great things to say about Plank and her office there. They are caring and professional people and I highly recommend them as well as Cranial Technologies in ndale, VA.

We got our DOCband from Cranial Tech in ndale.  They were really great and we never felt pressured to get a band at all.  They recommended a 2nd band since we started at 9 months and he outgrew the first one.  We decided not to do it and they felt like that was a fine choice.  I don't know how STARband is, but the CT office was always empty, so we could get in right away, even when we were 15 min. late one time.
