Hi !

That does sound painful having all those bands put on now. My teeth

are always sore too whenever I have to wear bands but it only lasts

a few days, kind of like when you get your braces adjusted. But

still, ouch! How are you able to eat? Are you still able to open

some? At least I can take my bands out to eat. Did he say how long

you will be in bands? Right now I wear two bands to keep my lower

jaw in the midline. It keeps wanting to shift over to the left

because of muscle spasm.

Things are slowly improving for me. I didn't have to see my OS this

week but I am still going to PT three times a week. My opening seems

to have stalled at 23 mm so I'm dreading going back to my OS. I know

he'll stretch me again. He wants me to take muscle relaxants three

times a day but they make me so drowsy, I don't like taking them. I

hate feeling like I'm in a fog.

Have a good weekend!
