It had been on the market since Sept. 2007!We moved out Feb. 2008...so it has been just sitting there aggravating us all this time.Hopefully settlement will be in March. I'm counting this great news as an early 66th B-day for ME..January 25th is around the cornerand I plan to celebrate.We've had our B-day dinner with all the January B-days.. is Jan. 8, Sam is Jan. 15th and I'm the 25th.That was this past week-end due to the scheduling of work hours and kids stuff.
