Guest guest
Die-off is yukky, isn't it? But it's a very good sign! You are doing fine. Do try to take it easy, epsom salts, ACV, or baking soda baths can help if your skin can tolerate them. It shouldn't last TOO long, and then (at least for me) just when I think this is never going to end, I will wake up the next morning and feel much better! Don't wait too long to add some new, easy foods. I'm not sure this early you should be so sure you have a fructose malabsorption problem needing separate attention, or other things like that. I mean, seems to me like malabsorption is one of those things we HAVE with gut problems. It does get better over time. You could just avoid the honey, which is so concentrated, and keep the good fruits and see what happens. Hi Everyone. I am into the diet 4 days (today is my 5th) and yesterday I started experiencing all kinds of stomach upset. I woke up this morning feeling like a Mac Truck hit me--exhausted, bellyache, body aches, spacey, etc. Can I assume this is detoxification and it will pass? Do I wait until I feel better before adding simple cooked fruits and veggies? Also, I believe I may have fructose malabsorption. Does anyone know how to address this on the diet? Avoiding fructose pretty much cuts out all the allowed carbs (half the fruits and honey).
