Guest guest
Hey Deb, DO TELL---how did the Vitagal get started here at our group? Did that tiny little one just slip in or what? She sure is full of good info. (Ha-). For as long as I can remember, which has been years and years---maybe 5 including lurking before 1 year out--not sure--I have been on this group.Tell us Dear Deb and ---how did you two arrive upon our group? I always like to hear how people came and STAYED at our wonderful group. Thank goodness for the internet--as some of us would not have any support group if not for our group here. My surgeon has retired and he is in Memphis TN anyway (8 hrs from me in Knoxville). We all are most fortunate to have ALL OF US. PS---in fact-when was our group started---anyone know for sure? Guest guest
You are quite welcome! Not all the problems in the world are solvable and not all our personal problems will go away in a year...or two...and may constantly have to be worked on. So, we keep working. We have back sliding times (NO " F " word here!), and we have Successful times, but we keep going. Always moving forward (even during our one step backwards)...each time we have that one step backward...we LEARN something. So use what you learn.
