Too late for second helmet?

My son had a helmet (Hanger Ortho) from age 8 months to about 16 months. He is

now 20 months. It rounded out his head considerably, but he still has

torticollis and low muscle tone, so it has reverted back a bit in the last 4

months. He has of course now outgrown the first helmet. We are considering

doing another though he is now 20 months and I'm just not sure it is worth it.

Either expense or results. I would appreciate feedback from parents in similar

situations. Thanks so much!
