Guest guest
> Tofurkey and Gravy (what the hell is that doing there!) > Aubergine Slices and Cranberry Sauce The gravy is a veggie concoction that comes with the Tofurky. It's, well, ok. Makes the Tofurky slippery enough to swallow without actually chewing. LOL! Some Tofurkies come with stuffing inside -- again, it's ok, but they've added so many herbs to it that it's a little unreal. I never thought there could be TOO many herbs, but there can. Aubergine is the word most other countries use for eggplant of any kind -- but if hers is cheesy and bready, it sounds good. Fattening, but good. The rest sounds scrumptious. Way too many side dishes, but that's the nature of veggie cooking, it seems. ~~ Lyn G
