I can't imagine that this is totally original, but after reading 's post about her nut butter balls dipped in coconut, I got inspired... 1. Line a muffin tin with muffin cups. 2. Pour a little more than 1/8 " of melted cocoa butter 3. Freeze for about 30 minutes or until hard 4. Add about 1.5 Tbl. of nut butter (your choice) mixed with honey and salt (to taste) 5. Pour more melted cocoa butter on top until the nut butter is covered (and then some) 6.
