I forgot to dissolve the Yogourmet starter in 1/2 cup cooled milk before adding

the entire cooled milk. I did mix the starter really well and think it all

dissolved. Is this alright or do I need to dump the whole thing?

Thanks

It will probably be all right -- the mixing is to make sure of even

distribution of the starter. If it all dissolved, you should be

okay.
