I also like Dr Mercola's ubiquinol. It's the only one I've found

without illegals and I've been through a number of them. DO get the

ubizuinol form rather than the ubiquinone. It's more expensive but

you only need to take half as much and it's the active form. I figure

with gut troubles, I already know I do better with the active forms of things.

I used Healthy Origin's Ubiquinol. As far as I know, it's legal. It's definitely

tough to find legal CoQ10.

Other Ingredients: Medium Chain Triglycerides, Gelatin, Glycerin, Ascorbyl

Soy (I'm assuming that's the Lecithin, which is SCD legal).

Free of Sugar, Salt, Starch, Yeast, Wheat, Gluten, Corn, Barley, Fish,

Shellfish, Nuts, Tree Nuts and Dairy Products. No Preservatives, Artificial

Flavors or Synthetic Colors.

For our son we use Kirkmans Idebenone (CoQ10). The ingredients are: Idebenone,

plant cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), plant cellulose (capsule). He

has never had a bad reaction with it.
