Guest guest
I also like Dr Mercola's ubiquinol. It's the only one I've found without illegals and I've been through a number of them. DO get the ubizuinol form rather than the ubiquinone. It's more expensive but you only need to take half as much and it's the active form. I figure with gut troubles, I already know I do better with the active forms of things.
Guest guest
I used Healthy Origin's Ubiquinol. As far as I know, it's legal. It's definitely tough to find legal CoQ10. http://www.iherb.com/Healthy-Origins-Ubiquinol-50-mg-150-Softgels/8326?at=0 Healthy Origins, Ubiquinol, 50 mg, 150 Softgels Other Ingredients: Medium Chain Triglycerides, Gelatin, Glycerin, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Purified Water, Beeswax, Soy Lecithin, and tto Extract. Guest guest
For our son we use Kirkmans Idebenone (CoQ10). The ingredients are: Idebenone, plant cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), plant cellulose (capsule). He has never had a bad reaction with it. Hope this helps!
