Since the topic has appeared here several times, tho't I'd just pass on this

nugget from " Bottom Line Health Daily News " (an online service):

BOTOX AND MIGRAINE RELIEF -- POSITIVE EXPANSION

Botox was originally used to treat muscle spasms and later approved to

diminish facial wrinkles. However, people who received Botox injections began to

observe that their migraine headaches -- as well as their wrinkles -- were

disappearing. Doctors responded by instituting clinical studies to look into the

situation further. Botox is currently under FDA review for this use. It may also

be prescribed for people who suffer from chronic headaches and migraines and

fail to respond to other preventive treatments.
