Lauderdale, Florida Starting weight 328 I am at goal 147 that doesn't count the nine pounds I have added to my body with implants hey can I deduct that from my current weight that would be really nice. I was a size 32+ now I am 6/8. I been reading post on this site for a few years now and might have posted once. I enjoy listening to others and the new things I learn as we go along in this wonderful new life. I am 39 had today in my three year re birth so Happy Birthday day to ME! YES, I THINK THE TOOL STILL WORKS IF YOU WORK IT, BUT YOU HAVE TO WORK IT FIRST. I like myself now, I find myself looking into the store windows next to my husband to notice that I am skinny for once in my life, I have been over weight since I was a child. I like to look in the mirror and dress nice when I go out. Life is so different now in the way how people treat me and look at me. I can sit into any seat I want and not have to worry about fitting in it or breaking it. I can go on airplanes and fit into any car. I know can weed eat, and cut the grass in 30 minutes instead of four hours and feel like I was dying. Men look at me now this is a hard one for me I like it don't get me wrong but this never happen before. There are so many wonderful things I never knew was out in this world. I can eat almost anything I want. Mind you I still stick with protein first, the greens, and last maybe a tablespoon of mashed potatoes with cheese, sour cream, bacon, butter that tablespoon is about four now plenty to fulfill that need. I may eat a half sandwich for lunch. Breakfast one or two eggs either bacon or sausage most of the time the egg has cheese. If I want a piece of real candy or a bit of real cake I have it. I have maintained my weight for a least a year now so I must be doing something right. The only thing that I do that is really wrong is to drink when eating or too soon after eating. This happen at one point when I stopped eating for months and this helped me to eat. Life is grand. Life each day as it's your last!
