Hi Everyone.I recently (about 5 days ago) cut out all dairy, all sugar, including honey, all caffeine, and I remain grain free.I also added walnuts to my diet. (Tried beans, but too early--lots of bloating and gas.)I am also following the regimen in "Eat Right for Your Blood Type" and combining that with SCD.The last two days I have had normal BMs and have more energy than I have had in a long long time.Just wanted to pass it on. I am on no meds. Also, today, I have had no blood in the stool. I hope this continues.UC - 4 yearsSCD - 2 1/2 weeks
