What can I do to reduce swelling from day 10 onwards??

So I'm now 9 days post op. I'd say 60% of the swelling is gone, but

obviously I still look quite puffy. from what I understand, 90% or so

should be gone after 2 weeks, while the last 5 or 10% can take 2 or 3

whole months to disappear fully.

Is there anything I can do from here on out to accelerate the

disapperance of the remainder of the swelling?

My surgeon has me taking Biotics Research - Intenzyme Forte tablets, one tablet

three times

a day. When I asked him the same question presurgery he said these tablets

would help. I

have no idea how much they are helping but they certainly aren't hurting. I

have no idea

where you could find them in real life.

I'm at three weeks today (!), I'm still sleeping more elevated than 'normal'. I

have noticed that

when I sleep less elevated I'm more swollen.
