Thank you so much for your comforting words, Sher. Yes I loved her so much but I gave her an sonagram and she had a huge tumor pushing against her gallbladder and liver notalowing any bile to get thru. She was not eating and she was dropping weight very fast. She was drinking. My vet who is wonderful told me because of where the tumor was located it was not operable. She was in pain. I was in th ecomfort room with her and I stroked her fur and talked gently to her. She laid with her head on my lap and Dr. gave her the injections and sasha never even flinched. I am so sad...but it would have been cruel of me to take her home and try to spend some more time with her. She is now at peace and in my heart. And, yes the others understand that she is gone but I think they know hw sick she was. JoyceR

JoyceR.... I can't find your original post, I have so darn many but I saw this one to you from so and jumping in here and tell you, oh, I'm so sad to hear about little Sasha. I think I know how much you love her.

I'm sure the others miss her too, they know something is different...

Fortunately, you don't ever have to forget her!

Sasha was a wonderful dog she was so sweet and her nature was a loving one. I will miss her terribly..... She had a large tumor which was blocking the gallbladder and the liver from sending their bile into the stomach and she had stopped eating for weeks and lost a tremendous amount of weight. The tumor was cancer. I have been so tending to her needs these past weeks I feel a terrible loss. I guess I am a bit sad. Joyce Rudy AZ birds

jOYCE....my heart is feeling what you are feeling over Sasha.

Now she is gone, let's let her go and give the others extra attention. That'll help you heal!
